Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Kindly provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Once verified, you may choose one of the following options:

  1. A full refund back to your original payment method
  2. A replacement item, sent to you at no additional cost

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Depending on your bank, it may take extra time for the amount to appear in your account.
