Where We Ship

We ship across Canada and the continental United States.

Please note that we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or P.O. Boxes.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Weekend and holiday orders will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Flat rate: $10.99 (CAD or USD).
Free shipping on orders over $59.

Estimated Delivery

Canada: usually 3–7 business days after dispatch.
United States: usually 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or customs clearance.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive on time, please contact us at hello@letsnest.ca within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee compensation for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
